Overview

This product is an organic film-forming corrosion inhibitor with good flow properties and easy preparation. It has been widely used in refineries, consistently receiving positive feedback, and is recommended by Sinopec.

At room temperature, it is a brown or brown-yellow liquid with significant corrosion inhibition effects.

Application and Classification

Water-soluble corrosion inhibitors are classified based on the equipment used, including atmospheric and vacuum distillation inhibitors, hydrogenation inhibitors, coking inhibitors, and catalytic inhibitors.

Packaging and Storage

This product is packed in galvanized barrels or plastic drums, and custom packaging can be provided upon request. It should be stored in a dry, ventilated warehouse, away from sunlight. During transportation, it should be protected from sun and rain.

Usage Instructions

The product is injected into the overhead line using a pump, with a dosage of 10–30 ppm.
