Xingyou New Material Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd. was established in November 2020, located in the North head of Fuxin Road, Zhanhua Economic Development Zone, Shandong Province, with a registered capital of 55 million yuan and an area of 33,300 square meters. It is a chemical production enterprise integrating scientific research, development, production and sales. The company has more than 70 employees, including more than 15 highly educated talents. They have obtained I SO19001,45001,24001 quality, occupational safety, environmental management system certification, and obtained the hazardous chemicals operation license and safety production license issued by the government.

There are two production workshops (2400 ㎡) in the production area, frame structure, DCS system remote monitoring of process control automation. The first production workshop is mainly polyether polymerization and crosslinking reaction, with 225,000 liter stainless steel reactor, 220,000 liter stainless steel reactor, 210,000 liter stainless steel reactor, 25,000 liter stainless steel reactor, 21500 liter stainless steel reactor and 11,000 liter stainless steel reaction kettle;

Second workshop is given priority to with compound and synthetic reaction, the production of all kinds of oil, water treatment agent, has two 5000 liters of stainless steel reactor, three 5000 liters of glass reactor, four 10000 liters of glass reactor, two 6300 liters of stainless steel electric heating reactor, can realize the annual production of polyether products 50000 tons, oil field water treatment agent 50000 tons, oil field and refining additives 100000 tons of production scale.

The company has established a municipal key laboratory, covering an area of 120 ㎡, can carry out indoor synthesis, small test and raw materials and products. Laboratory is equipped with various specifications of glass instruments and instruments, form a complete set of small test autoclave, HH-601 super constant temperature water bath, salt content meter, automatic setting point tester, electric blast drying box, Cleveland open flash point tester, automatic closed flash point meter, trace moisture meter, a total of about 20 sets (set) testing equipment and instruments, meet the needs of synthesis, research and development and product quality control.

The DCS system of the company is the core system of the production process control system, providing the basic control of the production process, data collection, production report printing, historical data record, and the operators to monitor and operate the device through the operation interface. The DCS system has an open network structure, supports OPC open standards, follows OSI and IEEE communication standards, and realizes the interconnection with other control and management computers. The minimum average time of fault-free time (MTBF) of the system is 107h, the average fault repair time is 4h, the redundancy and fault-tolerant technology are adopted in each link, the dangerous process section with process safety risks in tank area and production workshop, and the instrument points are about 110 points.

The information construction platform is used to realize automatic positioning of all staff, electronic special operations, and video monitoring and early warning of key positions.
